With the expansion of its European and Asian operations, YYZ Translations has established project management support presence in India and France. Previously YYZ Translations supported its customers from its headquarters in Canada and its project management locations in Russia, Vietnam and China. With the addition of these two new locations it will allow YYZ Translations to provide more local support and cover more timezones for its services that continue to remain in high demand world wide.

The new teams added to YYZ Translations existing project management workforce are highly skilled and trained, and will be taking a major role in the expansion of the Project Management Office, which is run by Director of Project Management from Toronto. Each project manager is paired with a counter part from an opposite timezone to ensure seamless delivery of projects to customers globally.

The shift in decentralizing the project management process is not only crucial to successful ontime delivery of localization projects handled by YYZ Translations, but is also an opportunity to allow local teams to deal with local vendors in a more culturally appropriate and familiar fashion.  Technology plays a key role in supporting satellite teams globally and given the fact that YYZ Translations has been in the forefront of information technology, this process has been seamless and easy.

YYZ is also planning to establish project management support in  South Africa, South Korea and Argentina and Dubai in the near future.
