Opportunity Details:

YYZ Translations is currently looking to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with a middle eastern language supply agency.This partner is expected to perform the following:

• Process material provided to them in a professional manner.
• Must have solid translation, editing, localization, DTP and terminology minining/building skill-sets.
• Meet deadlines as mandated by the project manager.
• Be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Provide a dedicated account manager to YYZ Translations.
• Provide well-established escalation guidelines and points of contact.
• Agree and sign an SLA if required.
• Must provide a detailed description of their confidentiality and secrecy management processes.
• Price and Quality are critically important,best in both is expected.

Candidates applying for this opportunity are required to meet the following qualification criteria:

• Must be an established organization with solid experience in the areas of translation, editing, localization, DTP.
• Must have the capacity to translate between 25,000 to 50,000 words per day.
• Must be able to communicate via internet, email and telecom equipment.
• They should have a pleasant and open working attitude.
• Open to learning new skills and operation of tools and equipment.
• Should be able to pass an entry test by translating 3 paragraphs as a sample for quality check.
• Should be able to provide reliable references if required.

Software Requirement:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Trados, SDLX, Across, MemoQ, Deja Vu and other translation memory tools.
• MultiTerm or any other terminology tools.
• InDesign, FrameMaker, Photoshop and other DTP tools.
